Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026 — the terms and conditions for using MatiWon Technology products and services.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between MatiWon Technology Pvt Ltd ("MatiWon", "Company", "we", "us", "our"), having its registered office at Saptarishi Tower 4, Defence Enclave, Noida Sector - 44, Uttar Pradesh - 201303, and you, as a visitor to our website or a subscriber to our services. By accessing or using the MatiWon website, Channel Manager, Property Management System (PMS), Booking Engine, AI Advisor, Admin Panel, or mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

Our Services

MatiWon provides a hotel-technology platform for independent hotels, homestays, resorts, and small chains, including: a Channel Manager that connects your property to multiple OTAs with real-time two-way sync of rates and inventory; a Property Management System covering reservations, front-desk, billing, and reporting; a commission-free direct Booking Engine for your own website; and an AI Advisor offering data-driven pricing and promotion suggestions. Services are made available on a subscription basis, as described on our Pricing page, and are accessed through our Admin Panel and mobile app once your account has been set up.

Eligibility & Account Registration

Our services are intended for hotels, homestays, resorts, and other lawfully operating accommodation businesses, and for individuals who have the authority to act on such a business’s behalf. Accounts are set up by MatiWon as part of onboarding; you are responsible for providing accurate business information (such as property, contact, and tax details) and for keeping it up to date.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account, including rates, availability, guest data, and content you publish to OTAs or your booking engine through our platform. You must notify us promptly at support@matiwon.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

Our services are offered under tiered subscription plans (currently Classic, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond), each with a different set of features, as described on our Pricing page. Listed prices are exclusive of applicable GST, which is charged additionally at the prevailing rate. There is no setup fee and no hidden charges beyond what is disclosed at the time of subscription.

Billing & Cancellation

Plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout, and invoices are issued by MatiWon. There is no long-term lock-in — you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Continued non-payment of dues may result in suspension of access to the Admin Panel and mobile app until the account is regularized.

Third-Party Channels & Integrations

MatiWon integrates with third-party OTAs (such as Booking.com and MakeMyTrip) and, where applicable, payment gateways. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, overbooking, or errors originating from these third-party platforms, though we work to minimize their impact on your bookings and take reasonable steps to keep synchronization reliable.

Your Guests & Property Policies

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the rates, availability, and property information you publish, and for setting and honoring your own guest-facing policies (such as check-in/check-out times and cancellation/refund rules). MatiWon provides the tools to configure and display these policies but is not a party to the contract of accommodation between you and your guest, and is not responsible for disputes arising between you and a guest, OTA, or other third party.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access to any account or system, reverse-engineer or scrape our services, or upload unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or infringing content to your property listings, booking engine, or connected OTAs.

Intellectual Property

The MatiWon platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by MatiWon Technology Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for your own business operations for as long as your subscription is active. You retain ownership of your own property data, content, and guest records.

Data Protection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data (including guest information you input through our services) in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell your data, and we share it with third parties (such as connected OTAs or payment partners) only to the extent necessary to deliver the services you have configured.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

MatiWon is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep our services accurate, secure, and available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, particularly where issues originate from third-party OTAs, payment providers, or your own configuration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of revenue, bookings, or data, arising from use of our services. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold MatiWon, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, losses, or liabilities (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or a dispute between you and a guest, OTA, or other third party in connection with your use of our services.

Termination

You may stop using our services and request account closure at any time by contacting support@matiwon.com. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful use, subject to reasonable notice where practicable.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Subject to the foregoing, the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our services or applicable law. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
