How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to demo requests and inquiries, provide and improve our channel manager, PMS, booking engine, and AI Advisor products, send booking, payment, and account-related notifications, and communicate offers or updates relevant to your hotel.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with OTA partners, payment gateways, and service providers strictly to the extent required to deliver our services (for example, syncing your rates and availability to Booking.com or MakeMyTrip on your instruction).

Mati Trip Guest App (Google Play)
The Mati Trip app is our public travel booking app. If you create an account it collects the details you provide — name, email address, mobile number, age, and an optional profile photo you choose to upload — along with your bookings, reviews and saved stays. You can browse without an account. Reviews you submit are shown publicly with your display name; your profile photo is visible only to you. The app does not access your device location, contacts, photos (beyond a picture you explicitly pick for your avatar), or advertising ID, and does not use third-party analytics or ad SDKs. Account data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections; you can edit your profile in the app or request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.
MatiWon Partner App
The MatiWon hotel-partner app is provided only to existing MatiWon hotel-partner accounts by invitation — there is no public sign-up. It collects your account details (name, email, phone), the property data you manage (bookings, rooms, rates), and photos you choose to upload to your hotel gallery. It does not access your device location, contacts, or advertising ID, and uploads are visible only within your own account.
