Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Mati Trip account and the data associated with it.
How to request deletion
The Mati Trip app (developer: MatiWon Technology) does not yet have an in-app delete button. To delete your account, contact us using either method below:
- 1Email support@matiwon.com from the address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my Mati Trip account".
- 2Or call / WhatsApp +91 85068 06030 and ask our team to delete your account.
- 3We verify the request is from the account owner, then delete the account.
- 4Your deletion is completed within 30 days. We send a confirmation email once it is done.
What is deleted
- Your profile — name, email address, mobile number, age and profile photo
- Your saved stays (wishlist) and in-app activity
- Your Mati Trip wallet balance and cashback history
- Reviews you have written (the review text is removed; any anonymised rating already aggregated into a property score cannot be individually reversed)
- Your support-chat history
What is kept, and for how long
Booking and payment records
Retained for up to 7 years where we are legally required to keep transaction and tax records, or to resolve a dispute with a property. These records are not used for any other purpose after deletion.
Deleting only some data
You can edit or clear most profile fields yourself from the Profile screen in the app without deleting your account. To remove specific data (for example a single review) while keeping your account, email support@matiwon.com.
